The seventh dare is fairly straightforward, and I found that it was easier to do without thinking about it too much. If I sat and thought about what should be on the lists I ended up either trying to balance the good and the bad or I spent far too much time thinking about what I should write.Diving in and writing simply what came to mind worked much better, and it felt genuine when I was done.
Here is the seventh dare:
Love believes the best
For today's dare get two sheets of paper. On the first one spend a few minutes writing out positive things about your spouse. Then do the same with negative things on the second sheet. Place both sheets in a secret place for another day. There is a different purpose and plan for each. At some point during the remainder of the day, pick a positive attribute from the first list and thank your spouse for having this characteristic.
Thanking Courtney was easy, I have been working on complimenting her so it is becoming second nature.
